ADSC: The International Association of Foundation Drilling | see website
The ADSC (Association of Drilled Shaft Contractors), founded in 1972
is a non-profit, international, professional, trade association representing
the drilled shaft, anchored earth retention, micropile, and other related
civil construction/design industries. Its members include specialty
subcontractors, design engineers in the private and public sectors,
academicians, and manufacturers and suppliers. Through its 19 technical
committees the ADSC establishes standards and specifications,
funds research and scholarships, conducts design, construction, inspection
and testing seminars, offers field and management training programs
including OSHA Certification. It provides project review services to
government agencies and owners at all levels, conducts technical
conferences and industry trade shows, publishes and distributes technical
materials, and offers subscriptions to its flagship periodical,
FOUNDATION DRILLING Magazine. The ADSC is served by a national staff
and eight regional chapters.

The American Subcontractors Association Inc., is an IRS section 501(c)(6) non-profit, national, membership trade association of 5,500 subcontractors, specialty trade contractors and suppliers in the construction industry. The American Subcontractors Association amplifies the voice of and leads trade contractors to improve the business environment for the construction industry and to serve as a steward for the community.

Offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and East Texas
In January of 2001, a new "chapter" in the lives of both the Dallas/East Texas and Fort Worth AGC's was added. The Dallas/East Texas and Fort Worth AGC chapters merged, creating the new "super" chapter named QUOIN. "QUOIN" symbolizes the unity of two long-standing, successful organizations, the Dallas/East Texas and Fort Worth Chapters. It also symbolizes the coming together of general and specialty contractors for strength, unity, and effective leadership of all contractors, which is the force that will help us "build the best contractor community in the world."
