HEALTH INSURANCE : After completion of 90 days continuous service, full time employees are eligible to enroll in the Texas Shafts, Inc sponsored group health plan. Dependent coverage is available at additional cost.

SHORT TERM DISABILITY : After completion of 90 days of continuous employment.

LONG TERM DISABILITY : After completion of 6 months of continuous employment
