Bo Walker – President
Mr. Walker began his career as a laborer in 1985 while attending college.
Upon graduation, he continued to advance to operator, superintendent,
estimator, project manager and operations manager on foundation drilling
projects totaling tens of millions of dollars. The past several years
in the foundation drilling industry have given him a solid background
in all phases of construction, including bidding, building and supervising
major projects across the Southwest. He has also managed some of the
largest commercial projects in the state, including D/FW Airport’s
Automated People Mover and the International Terminal D.

Roger Pool – V.P. Administration
From 1965 – 1970 while a student, I worked summers for Watson Foundation
Company as a field laborer. I began working full time in the foundation
drilling industry in 1973. Working with four foundation drilling companies,
I have gained 36 years experience in all aspects from field laborer,
operator, field supervision, estimating, safety programs to my current
position V.P. of administration.

Brad Allen – V.P. Operations
June, 1979, just out of High School, I went to work at Martin & Martin
Foundation Drilling Company for 15 years. In 1994, I started working
for Texas Shafts, Inc. During my 25 years experience I have worked
in all fields of this industry working my way up from field laborer,
drill operator, crane operator, field superintendent, dispatch / project
manager to my current position, V.P. of operations.

Randy Harris – Shop Manager
I have worked in maintenance throughout my working years, including
repairs of all types of equipment from oil field, farm, construction
to auto mechanics. In 1988, I was referred to H & H Foundation
Drilling to help with mechanical problems and was later hired full
time to do all equipment maintenance. In 1990, H & H Foundation
changed ownership with a name change to Texas Shafts, Inc. I kept
my position with Texas Shafts, Inc., as shop foreman, helping to create
a more efficient and maintained shop area.

Jim Brockway - Equipment Manager
I grew up with my father working around cranes and construction equipment.
After serving 2 years in Vietnam working on all types of equipment,
I moved to Cedar Rapids, Iowa and went to work for Link Belt. I have
worked in all areas of the equipment business from mechanic, shop foreman,
service manager, territory sales representative, sales manager to general
manager. In 2002 I went to work for Texas Shafts, Inc. As a dealer
service representative one of my duties required crane inspections,
evaluations and repair estimates, along with accident investigations.
All has proved valuable with my work for Texas Shafts, Inc.
